really nice cool looking scale. classes up for my bathrooom! readings are consistent and inline with my physical last year.
The scale worked great. You just have to get on them with caution or it will flip up on you.

Very well built product. Seems to be rather accurate its measurements. The numeric display is nice and big. The only two minor annoyances were 1) the batteries were dead upon arrival - which I can understand can be out of Overstock's control and 2) the display when measuring body fat % and water % is pretty small - so you have to get used to the sequence of the reader to understand what is being measured. Otherwise a very good product!
The scale seems to be accurate and has several settings for different people to use it, but is very unsteady to get on. I'm only 130 (so it's not like I'm overweight) but if you don't get on it just right, it will tip to the side.
Another year another resolution. This time I'm actually getting something to keep me honest. The scale is really nice looking and is quite a bargain too. The body mass readings are fairly stable and about 1% variance from my last test. so far I think I'm keeping to my resolution.
This is one gorgeous looking scale. Impressively precise on the body fat readings. I was tested 16% a month ago and the readings taken on this were on the mark or varied minimally. So far so good on my 2008 resolution.
I can step on this scale three times in a row and get consistent weight results, but three different body fat percentage and water results. It seems to change depending on how my feet line up with the sensors. It often says I am obese (far from it). Good value all in all, but not a reliable source for that particular bit of information.
This is a nice looking scale, though a little tipsy. To get on the scale, you first need to put one foot in the center to balance your weight, otherwise it will probably tip over and send you tumbling. The batteries in my scale were dead when I received it. It is a great improvement over weight-only scales, but I docked it one star for the inaccuracy in the body fat/water measurements. If your feet are a little sweaty when you weigh yourself, the water % will have a high reading and give you a low body fat % in return. If your feet are dry, the scale thinks you are dehydrated and outputs a high body fat % reading. However, I'm not sure there is any way around this problem with any of these types of scales. I weigh myself before going to bed and it reads anywhere from 24%-31% body fat. The weight measurement is quite precise however, giving the same reading each time if I repeatedly get on and off the scale.
Seems pretty accurate on weight. The fat and water percentage fluctuate by a few percent at different times of the day so they say it is best to measure at the same time preferably the evening.
Love it-- very informative, quick response, etc. Just be careful (and not klutzy like me!) the BIA (bioimpedance analysis) forces the scale to be designed in a way that isn't super stable if you stand on one foot on the edge; the opposite edge comes up and you may fall!! (and i'm not heavy either--only 130.. so i imagine anyone as heavy or heavier than me will have the same tendency to make sure they stand on it in a stable fashion).
This is a good looking scale, I like the clean lines but you need to make sure you don`t step on the sides because it will tip. It will show all the things you need to know including you body fat and water, one thing to remember when you get it...it comes out of the box set on kg. and not lbs....in front where you read the information and on the side is a little tab to switch it to lbs.
The scale I received did not register weight properly because it was defective. However, I called the manufacturer and they immediately sent a replacement at no charge. There is a switch on the back side that changes the measurement from KG to Lbs. The default is set to KG . We love the scale but you have to step on it carefully so it doesn't tip.
The scale is nice and seems to be pretty accurate. It's usually dead-on with the scale at the Dr's office. That was the most important factor for me. Its not the most sturdy scale in the world. You have to slowly step on to it or it will tip over.
It is used more by my son than me but we both love it. There is one caution. It does tend to tip when you try to get on but then again I believe that is in the write up about the scale. So be careful getting on and weigh away. Great product.
This scale is sturdy, well packaged and looks good. I got one for the guest bath and will likely be getting another to give away. Readings are consistently accurate. I will keep me in check throughout the holiday binging season!
The scale is good for measuring weight but the fat meter is way off. My bmi is 21%, well in the healthy to lean range. This scale calls me obese. I run daily and wear a size 4 tall womans. I am not obsese. Also, it is tippy when you get on it. It seems very accurate in weight measurement though.
When stepping onto this scale be sure to put your first foot to the center and then step up and redistribute your weight or it will tip over and cause you to lose your balance, and possibly fall. The scale works great and is accurate. I am pleased with this scale and would recommend it for it's accuracy, but would also caution about the tip hazard.
