I take this around with me whenever I travel. Easy to use and effective in getting me the style I want. It was easy on the purse too. thanks O!

Unsafe
 from md,  Jul 2, 2008

Its temperature, in the documentation and as controlled on the settings, is in Celsius. Fine for lots of people, but we folk in the USA are Fahrenheit speakers. The hottest setting is 200C, or 392F (yikes), controllable in 5C increments. My husband noticed that this tool, though it heats to 390F, has no UL approval and no GFCI. I was surprised there is NO no auto shut off. There are NO vendor recommendations for trial temperatures or any enclosed style tips. I had serious crimps, burned in, though I applied the iron for only 10 seconds or so having set it to 150C. I'm very hesitant to recommend it to anyone.

seriously curly

High powered curler that doesn't take much time for it to work. Nice cool white color on it. Very "appleish" in style.

gets it done.
from Queens, NY,  Jun 30, 2008

my hair is so straight it's not even funny. but I found this incredible curler that works fabulous. clip, turn, tug and I'm done. It' lasts a good 4 hours before it starts softening. good value buy.

very cool
 from Boston,  Mar 13, 2008

This is a really handy and effective curler. the ceremic material is way better than the outdated metal curlers. it heats up fast and doesn't dry out your hair. nice buy.

excellent iron
from NE PA,  Jan 10, 2008

after owning a Chi, Sudu, Wigo etc, This product works just as well if not better at a fraction of the price. I wish I could have spent my money on this years ago. Excellent iron with the same exact features as the exspenseive ones! Don't miss out on this iron!

Curling Iron
from Los Angeles, CA,  Jul 2, 2010

This curling iron is definitely not worth the price. After using it a few times, the white paint from the barrell was flaking onto my hair. I brought it in to work to use as a spare, it finally took a dive on me this morning - I use it once in a while. When I purchased it two years ago, it was *** more than it is now but still, you can probably find something equal or better for half the price.
