  I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and it seems to curb my hunger especially within the first several hours after I take it. I still get hungry but I seem to be satisfied with much less food. I have not weighed myself yet because I am one of those people who only lose weight if I exercise and I am not exercising currently due to a knee injury. Sometimes this does give me raspberry burps but other than that I think they help.

  This product is no good and very misleading. I was very unhappy after having a low calorie diet and appitite control pill this product did nothing. Don't waste your money because you are not going to get a refund for this stuff. I even was at the gym everyday. what a rip off .
