  • only worked the first two times

    I used the scale twice and it was fine..the third time I got an ERR message for the body fat content...and I have tried everythign but can not get rid of it. Nothing in the directions about troubleshooting and no online support from the company. I could have paid less for a basic scales that just gives your weight and been better off.

  • I recently bought this and tried it for the first time last night. I programmed myself as well as my husband. I am P1 and he is P2. When I get on the scale it calculates everything. When he gets on the scale it gives him his weight only and it says error. Also is there a way to freeze the screen it goes through everything so fast and if you are trying to write it down you have to weigh yourself about 3 times. Thank you
