- Simply place the trays in hot water for no longer than 15 seconds

Better than visiting the dentist!
The trays were a little awkward to get used to and the first time did not conform well to my teeth, but I was hesitant to put them into my mouth after heating for fear of burning my gums. The second set went much better and am very pleased with the whole process. I ordered them along with the maximum extreme teeth whitening solution and the accelerator light. The solution has been tremendous, but the light was a disappointment.

Works as advertised
I got these to work by filling a clean coffee mug with water, microwaving it for approximately 2 minutes 45 seconds, and dipping these puppies in for 30 seconds--per package directions. Just remember to turn them on their sides to pour any residual hot water out before you stick them in your mouth, then let dry on your teeth. They work well, don't hurt my mouth, and were lots less expensive than having them made at a dentists office.

Warm and Form Instant Whitening Trays
I bought these trays to use with the Whitening Gel I purchased through Overstock. As a novice for home bleaching, I followed the instructions carefully. I dipped the trays in the hot water. I quickly inserted them over my teeth, breathing in air which cooled them. They formed a cast perfectly. I was a bit apprehensive in using a home product, especially one with the same Bleach my Dentist uses. I gave it a go after reading every "how to" on the internet. Folks, I am a heavy 4 cup a day espresso coffee drinker. I actually saw a difference on my first try. I tried again weeks later, and my teeth were noticeably brighter. Not shockingly white but a natural healthy glow. The Gel tube was long lasting and I intend to continue purchasing Trays and Gels from Overstock. Excellent Products and Prices.
