Alternated this waist support with one I bought a few years ago at a drug store. Unfortunately ithis waist support fell apart within 2-3 weeks. It is thin and I liked it better than the old one, I was very dissapointed with the quality.

This looks like a 80's prototype! It might as well be decorative, because there's no possible way of strapping it tight enough for it to do any kind of good. Essentially, you're purchasing a tacky, oversized blue belt accesory. There is absolutely nothing else it's good for.

probably not the best around but definitely produces results, actually stays in place for the main part if you're not doing a lot of bending at the waist, i suggest wearing a cotton shirt underneath.
