I'm torn on this.. I had a sinking feeling when it didn't turn on the first time. I put in different batteries, same result. It wlll only work by putting head on halfway, turn on appliance then twist attachment head all the way on. Probably not the intended way to start. It works as well as any other trimmer but I don't think it will last as long.
