  I had been wanting to grow herbs on my window ledge but was always afraid that the seeds just wouldn't grow. When I saw this I thought ok I'll try it. When you open the kit, you'll find a lot of "dirt discs" that must be placed in the accompanying tray and watered to prepare for the seeds. First however, the seeds must be prepped as well. Some must be frozen first but most just need to be placed in water overnight. The following day, you expand your dirt discs,plant the seeds by type (be sure to create a "map" of what seeds are in what disc), and then cover all until they start to sprout. After that, remove to individual pots. So far, four have started growing on their own very nicely. I can't wait for them to grow enough so I can start using them in my cooking. All in all a very nice kit. Would recommend.

  Everything you need to grow and more. From soup to nuts a complete kit. On my first try I got super germination and fast results. There is a quick start guide really all you need to grow and use wheatgrass. The kit includes a more detailed book that includes sprouting and other useful info.

  It did work for me as originally thought but one good thing is that if you are a student and looking to study late this product will keep you up for sure.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? I got the exact product as shown in the image.
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Well the ingredients should cause increased blood flow to the penis but I did not experience that. Instead though it kept me up all night even in the early hours of the next day so that when I finally get some rest it was morning and I would be very tired.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. It may work for others but it did not work for me. Except when I start my classes I know how I can keep up to study what I need to.

  if you are having trouble with insomnia or sleepless nights then this is the product for you. much faster acting than melatonin in pill form and all natural blend...great product
