  My husband has been taking two capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, once a day, and he says it SEEMS to be helping as his discomforts from arthritis have reduced.

  If you have occasional stomach upset that is not due to a medical illness or disease this product is great. I have been using it for over a year. I had experienced on and off stomach aches mainly after eating. Due to inflammation my body was not absorbing the all the nutrients from my food and I felt sluggish. I started on this product and do not get stomach aches or nearly the bloating I experienced before. When it comes to digestive issue finding the right aid is trial and error, but I would recommend trying this product and taking it per suggested use. Overall Renew Life is a very good brand. It can be expensive, but it works and beats being put on a pharma drug if you don't need it. My doctor wanted to put me on an IBS med. I tried this instead and my issues went away. I believe a natural route is better to try first.

  Straight up kicking it! Works like a professional pharma grade doctor made enhancer. Better and much stronger than the pills on the market.   I have been taking these pills and had my stomach hurt for a while after taking it. I think this is good because its working.I would suggest if someone is taking these pills to take something additionally to cleanse your intestines out so that whatever bacteria these pills are killing doesnt go up. Also I like the price, its cheap and its working.
