Good lighing
Everyone loves the lighting effect from my son to my husband - its worth the price and really relaxes and makes the environment around you relaxing.

Very nice.
This is an affordable way to fight SAD. The only issue I have is a bit of confusion about the LUX. 10,000 LUX is recommended in a SAD light. The 2500 in the product name means 2500 LUX. I think this means I have to spend about 2-3 hours a day with it on to get the desired effect instead of 30 minutes to an hour. I also bought the large HappyLight by Verilux which is 10,000 LUX (from Overstock). Between the two lights, my son and I should both have better winters.

Happy Light
The product is fabulous! I got it for my Fiance's office and he loves it! When the lights are turned off and only the Happy Light is on....it looks like sun light. We love it. The quality of the lamp is better than I thought it was going to be before I opened the package because when I received the package the package was opened and torn.... I was uncertain if the lamp was going to work. But thankfully it did!! :) And we love it!
