    i am a nurse and use this daily at my job, i have compared the readings to oximeters that my company assures are accurately calibrated, and the readings are identical. it seems sturdy, the only thing they could add to it, would be a beeper i could activate when another co worker borrows it, and forgets to return it!!!

    We purchased this oximeter for a family member who needed oxygen and was often feeling short of breath. Having a tangible measurement of their shortness of breath was helpful in reducing their anxiety about their saturations. So, from a psychic standpoint, this is a very helpful piece of equipment. The device is very simple to use with one easy to identify push button. The display is large, with good visual contrast for those who may have decreased eye sight (which is blue, so colorblind people should be aware). There's essentially one button to push, so it is not difficult to figure out. The capture of the oxygen saturation can take a few seconds, especially if the person has lower blood flow to their extremities (like in fingers). It comes with a cord and a soft case to protect the device. I am very happy with the product. I am so pleased that commonly used medical equipment can be purchased from general retailers. This makes care of the chronically ill much more manageable. I would recommend this product.

    I bought this pulse ox to have for home use and ended up using it at work. I love the diversity of being able to change the way you are able to read the screen from any angle you are at. Highly recommend if you have patients that don't shake a lot. Takes a little longer to get a reading but it is accurate compared to other pulse ox on floor.

  • Awesome portable pulse oximeter

    I bought this pulse ox to monitor my husband's Oxygen level...as he has been Short of breath with exertion and can't find cause. Also I have Atrial Fibrillation that comes and goes and I can monitor my pulse rate with this and easily carry in my purse. Only regret about the unit is that you cannot recall the results. A good thing about it is that when you take it off the finger it automatically shuts off.
