This digital forehead thermometer accurately measures body temperature. A fever alert icon quickly identifies high measurements. The illuminated, backlit display is helpful in low-light situations.

    This is great to use on patients when you are in a hurry. I'm an RN at a nursing home with 30 residents in my hall. Sometimes I need a temp on somebody and don't want to bother the CNA's who might be just as busy as me. Now I can pop this out of my med cart and run and grab a quick temp. I love it!!! Also I think it's pretty accurate.

    • Hello Pa Mom, The temperature reader takes 1 second to give you results so it does not require a notifier. The correct temperature will be indicted in the digital display with a fever alert icon if a fever occurs. However it is not specified whether or not the device beeps after the second. Hope this helps!
