  This is a very nice product - does not feel lightweight and cheap. The rich brown velvet box is very classy looking.

  I needed to transfer my husband's cremains from a scattering urn to one more secure urn so that I could send them to his mother in Japan for burial. This urn worked very well for that and it gave my mother in law the closure she needed. The urn was attractive and looked very much like a miniture casket, which I think is what she needed.

  I was worried that the urn might not be "silver" enough since it's pewter, but it's perfect. In fact it's nicer than it's pictured. I came with a velvet case as well as a new plastic bag should you wish to transfer the contents into that vs. just putting it directly in the urn. The top screws on for safe keeping and it goes very well with my home decor. I couldn't be happier with the product and it's much cheaper than other urns I had priced. If you like the picture you will love the urn in person.
