This is a good sized wedge for reading/watching tv in bed, it is too long to be used as a wedge to elevate one's head and upper body for sleeping.

A good value for the price. I have sleep apnea and insomnia and other medical problems, so I needed a wedge to sleep better. I also like the fact that the package came with two, one bed wedge will stay in our other home.
