Great for acid reflux
It took a couple of weeks to get used to it, but now I love it !! I had tried a taller wedge pillow, and could not get comfortable. This 4 inch wedge is perfect and I have been able to stop taking prescription meds for acid reflux. Now, I can take a zantac 150 tablet in the morning before coffee and then sleep on this wedge at night -- no acid reflux !! I use a very soft, squishy foam pillow at top of wedge for my head and neck and sleep very well. I have had BAD acid reflux for over 20 years, and I am happy to be off of prescription meds finally ! My husband sleeps on one of these wedges, too -- it seems to help with his mild sleep apnea...

Would have liked to see them be bigger (thicker)
Since I am bed bound I was looking for bed wedges that were thick and firm. These wedges are fine for someone who does not to depend on them everyday for comfort and support.

Just enough tilt
This wedge is just the right height. It is enough to help my reflux, but not so high as to give me neck pain. I use my own pillow on top of this and it is very comfortable. I searched all over for the 4 inch height and was so glad to find it on this site.

The pillow wedges are very helpful
I have advanced COPD and need to sit propped up so I can breathe. The pillow wedges are very helpful boosting my 4 pillow comfortably so my alignment is better. Should have done this sooner. Thank you, Overstock.
