shipped wrong color of item, sloppy service, bad!!
ordered the product and was shipped the wrong color, cust-svc rep did not offer to exchange or fix my problem, just told me to return it. last time i will ever order from OverStock.com and will tell all my friends and family to not order from same. rude

Great Iron
Great flat iron. Very comfortable to use and leaves my hair looking and feeling great. I love the auto shutoff feature. No more wondering if I left the iron on when I go out.

Bad Quality ?
So I bought a Croc because i heard it was better quality than most. Within the first week that i used it the rubber mats from under the hot plate kept sliding out. I sent in the warranty Card, but it says to send $15 back with the defective product. I bought it on overstock to save that 15 buck. Anyways i took a metal stick and shoved them back in a few times, they seem to be holding for now. Boooo Other than that one default I like it. Hope it holds up!
