Customer Reviews
This is my second Croc. My first burned out after about 2 years, so maybe the warranty would have helped? The manufacturer carries a 1 year warranty. I chalked it up to it just being the life of a well-used electronic product. Anyway, I decided to try and save a couple dollars and buy a cheaper flat iron only to be disappointed. The cheaper ones just aren't sturdy enough and don't squeeze tight enough. With that said, I ended up returning the knock-off Chi and bought this new Croc. It's perfect. Heats up quickly, is hot and squuezes tight. It really is the best product and although you have to spend about $100, it's worth it for salon-straight hair. Definitely recommended.
Love Love Love it! Best straightener I've ever owned!
So....based on the reviews here, I thought this thing would be a-mazing. It works, but not much differently than my regular flat iron. It didn't save me any time by skipping the blow drying, because you have to go over each section several times for it to get dry. My hair does look a little shinier, but its hard to get close to the roots/baby hairs because obviously the iron gets extremely hot and you don't want to burn yourself. I'm hoping that the titanium is better for my hair, but I still notice a lot of hairs falling out so I'm not so sure. Anyway - is it a good flat iron? Sure. Is it worth over $100? I'm not as sure as a lot of these other reviewers.
My daughter LOVES this product and she uses it all the time. She has had other similar product but never uses that one now as this one much better and worth the money.

If any of you have wavy or unruly hair and crave a shiny, straight, silky look and feel, this is definately for you!! I am a hairdresser and have turned so many of my clients on to the Croc iron.(after I use it on them, THEY ASK ME!!) I've tried them all and this is BY FAR the best. They retail for $150 to $200, so this is a great deal and O.S.'s shipping was very quick!! A perfect Christmas or Birthday gift!!
