i had to purchase this pump at the request of my doctor. i have prostate cancer and this pump is used to help keep the member healthy with blood flow. i find it works great for what it's for, it's the first one i've ever bought so it's hard to compare it to others. and i think over stock did a great jod in getting it to me in a timely maner.
