Actually felt a difference
I had heard about Raspberry Ketones and that all of them aren't the same. When i heard this one had African Mango in it I was excited. It's working for me. Funny tho...I've been burping raspberries.

Dr. Oz got it right
Dr. Oz recommended this product and he is right. It works and you can tell it is working when you take it. I am not hungry and I feel energized. More important, I don't feel like I am on a diet, but I am losing pounds. I am ready to buy another couple of bottles to help me throught the all of my weight loss. Best money can buy

Oh my gosh, i love this stuff
I heard about this on Dr. OZ, so I wanted to try it. He is dead right. It works and you can feel it working. I am not hungry when I take this. I am following a 1200 calorie diet and doing great.

Didn't work for me
I eagerly awaited receiving these after reading so much about them. After 3 weeks, I have seen no difference - not one single pound has been lost nor has it suppressed my appetite. I did continue to exercise and watched what I ate while taking these. I feel they were a waste of money.

It works
I have been taking this with my hcg and it has really helped control my appetite so I am not as hungry. I recommend taking it with any diet plan. A miracle in a bottle. Down 66 pounds, 10 to go.

I cannot give an honest review.
I have not tried the product long enough for an honest review. I only took one or two pills then got a very bad virus. I'm just now getting over the virus and upset stomach. I will try the Raspberry Ketone again soon.

This works....
I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before reviewing this product. I have tried so many appetite suppressants and meal replacement bars and shakes, but they have all contained chromium, which give me incredible migraine headaches! So it has been difficult to find something without it, as it seems to be the going appetite suppressant in most weight loss products now. This raspberry ketone supplement I had been hearing a lot about, but for me, when something gets a bit too much buzz, I'm leary. Now I'm asking myself why did I wait so long?!! I had heard that Dr. Oz specified on his show when backing this that there must be certain EXACT ingredients in it for it to work, as all Raspberry Ketone supplements aren't the same; well, this one must be it because it works for me. As I've said, it's only been a couple of weeks, and I'm averaging 2 pounds a week with zero excercise, but I intend to start working out this week, so I expect even greater results. It gives me good energy, but not not jittery, wired energy, just enough to encourage me to get all my daily tasks done without feeling wiped out all the time. I take one before breakfast, and one with lunch; if I go any later, I won't sleep at night, just because I'm sensitive that way. It's not a MAJOR MAJOR hunger suppresant, but it does just enough to help me cut back on my portions. I think now I eat things just because I'm used to doing it, not because I'm necessarily hungry; I need to break this habit, as it is all mental!! If you buy this product, it may not work miracles, but you definitely will not feel like you've wasted your money!
