Actually felt a difference
I had heard about Raspberry Ketones and that all of them aren't the same. When i heard this one had African Mango in it I was excited. It's working for me. Funny tho...I've been burping raspberries.

Dr. Oz recommended this product and he is right. It works and you can tell it is working when you take it. I am not hungry and I feel energized. Oh my gosh, i love this stuff
I heard about this on Dr. OZ, so I wanted to try it. He is dead right. It works and you can feel it working. I am not hungry when I take this. I am following a 1200 calorie diet and doing great.

Seems to work
I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and it seems to curb my hunger especially within the first several hours after I take it. I still get hungry but I seem to be satisfied with much less food. I have not weighed myself yet because I am one of those people who only lose weight if I exercise and I am not exercising currently due to a knee injury. Sometimes this does give me raspberry burps but other than that I think they help.

Red Raspberry -taste good
This has really worked for me. It curb your appetite. The only negative, is that I am burping up raspberry flavor. Not too bad of a deal though. I have lost alot of weight this month and feel like I am getting everything under control
