Very good
I actually really like this product. I have bought so much stuff over the years, that I haven't had any luck with, but this works. I felt like the more water I drank, the more it seems to work and flush the fat through my system. I wasn't hungry and i am losing about 2 or 3 pounds a week.

Not all products work for everyone
i know that not all products work for everyone, but my friend and I ordered this product together. We started to take it, right after christmas. It has been about 15 days and she has lost 9 pounds and I have lost 7. This really does control your appetite. I like it because I don't feel any shakes and it doesn't keep me up at night. I would recommend it.

Works well
I found this to be a very effective appetite controller. I love the one pill a day and no speedy feelings or jitters. I have also read that the Reishi mushroom has many good health benefits. I feel great taking them and I must admit even for a carb and sugar craving person it has stopped my constant desire to snack. Has really helped me stay on track with my plan despite all the holiday exposure to sweets and rich food.

worth a try
I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and i really notice a difference in the amount I eat and how often. I love my snacks at night and so far I have not snacked at night once. I also do homecare so my schedule can be hectic some days i find that this product keeps my hunger at bay and when i do get around to lunch i am not starving. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have just placed my order for my 5th bottle. While I understand that this is to help with the HCG diet, I am using it alone and have experienced nice results. As a woman of a certain age (Over 55) who doesn't do "dieting", and who sits at a desk job 40 hours a week, losing weight has been hard. I only want to get rid of the 10-15 lbs. that has snuck up on me over the years, and I also know that my body needs some specific things now in order for my metabolism to work. This product does that! It has helped me control my appetite, which has allowed me to make better eating choices and be satisfied with smaller portions. While I don't own a scale, I've definitely lost inches around my middle and have gone from a size 12 pant to a size 10. That's progress I can live with!
