    This does exactly what it says. This is the brand my chiropractor uses. It has already improved my range of motion & has stopped a muscle spasm in my back. I've only had it a week & use it daily, particularly on my neck & shoulder blades. (feels great on the soles of your feet as well) I used it on my husband, who commented that he guessed it felt pretty good. 10 minutes later he couldn't believe how super relaxed he felt. Look for the after effect as well as immediate relief. The only suggestion I would make for this product is that the controls be on the cord or somewhere easier to reach than the back of the unit itself. BUT it's not a biggie.....this is an outstanding product!
