I received my Thermotech Neck/Shoulder Moist Digital Heating Pad over 3 hours ago and I've not taken it off yet! It heats quickly and the temp can be adjusted. You can also choose the amount of time for the auto cut off. I have a spinal fusion in my neck and a shoulder injury. This pad reaches all the areas I need most. I've already told several friends who I think will also want one.Read More
This works for the exact purpose I purchased it for. I have had both rotator cuffs operated on and it allows me to put heat on my shoulders where it needs it the most.Read More
I ordered the Neck/Shoulder heating pad but received the regular rectangular version when it was delivered. The product is great and has really helped my aches and pains, but I can only give 4 stars on my review because I didn't actually receive the product I ordered. The mix up wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get it fixed though.Read More
It gets hot, and can be adjusted easily down to warm. If you apply body weight the heat is more intense. I sometimes have to weight the top if I am sitting to receive more heat. The best one I have used. The cord is long enough to reach most outlets.Read More
I first ordered a heating pad from a different website that was not electric, but I sent it back. I then ordered this electric heating pad. I love it. I have scapuloperoneal myopathy, which is a form of MD that affects my shoulder muscles (trapezious muscles) and calves. My shoulders are very tight and sore 24/7 but get aggravated from my job. The heating pad helps relieve the muscles. It has an automatic shut-off in case you get so relaxed you all asleep (it happens! lol) and it has 4 different temp controls. The shape of the heating pad is perfect for my trap muscles. The only downside is that it is not heavy enough. Whether you lie down or sit up, you have to have something to weigh it down on your shoulders so it gets the heat. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with shoulder/upper back problems.Read More
My Thermotech heating pad provides relief! I appreciate the variety of temperature and time choices. Being able to wash the cloth cover is important. The length of the cord as well as controls easily within reach are convenient. The size of the pad thoroughly covers my shoulders. The velcro tabs on the front are well placed to secure the pad over the neck. Thank you, Thermotech and Overstock.com!Read More
Good product. Didn't really reach the neck. You have to lay on your stomach to use it for the neck area.Read More
Great heating pad, works perfect. has many temperature's to choose from. My neck/shoulder areas get tired from sitting at a computer all day, this really helps relieve the stress. Will definitely recommend to a friend.Read More
This is an outstanding heating pad for anyone who has chronic neck and shoulder pain and wants to be able to apply moist heat for long periods of time without having to struggle with a standard heating pad that doesn't fit the upper body. The four temperature settings and four timing settings provide a range of choices. I have chronic upper body muscle tension and pain b/c I work in front of a computer for many hours a day. I have found that using the heating pad for 45 min to an hour at the highest temperature setting in the evening has significantly reduced my pain level during the day. The pad fits well across the shoulders and you could wear it while working at a desk or computer. Overall, a great product.Read More

How to Choose a CPU Fan
Whenever your computer needs to perform calculations it relies on the central processing unit (CPU), often referred to simply as the processor. When the CPU is in operation it generates heat, so it must rely on computer components such as a CPU fan and heat sink combination to adequately dissipate the heat. Without a CPU fan the processor will quickly overheat and become useless. If your computer's CPU has been running too hot, choose a new CPU fan that provides better airflow.
How to Add a Cooling System to Your Computer
High-performance computer components, like video cards and CPUs, can really heat up during operation. If the heat gets too high, those components can be damaged or have their life spans shortened, and while your computer likely has one or more fans installed, it may not be enough to keep your system's temperature down. A computer cooling system can help draw heat away from your sensitive hardware, using fans and heatsinks to circulate air or pumps and cooling blocks to circulate coolant.
