First choice but I goofed.
I had no idea until I unpacked the scale, that it was made of glass..All over were instructions to beware of falling because the platform was slippery if wet. A fall is something I couldn't anticipate..I have to weigh myself daily for a medical condition. The numbers were also hard to read. There is a voice announcement, but it was not accurate or audible..This is not a safe instrument. I couldn't wait to have it picked up for a return. I ordered a different scale, it arrived on time, and is just what the doctor ordered.
