Was it worth it?
I used the dryer for the first time today. Wow, it gets nice and hot! Keep moving it around on your head so you don't burn--this was on low setting! It dried my hair super fast. After one use, I'm happy with my upgrade. Will still have to see what long term performance will be, however. When I received my item, the box had a broken seal...suspicious. I went to a retail store to check out the same dryer, and I noticed that the serial number sticker was removed from the cord on mine, purchased here. (T3 voids the warranty on items without the serial number attached.) I asked customer support about it, and they confirmed that my item does not come with a warranty. In fact, they instructed me to discard the enclosed warranty card.So was the super discounted price worth the lack of manufacturer warranty on the item? Time will tell, but for today, I'm loving the results.

Excellent Hair Dryer
This dyer is exceptional. I do not usually write reviews, but I am just thrilled with the results. I have been using a super solano for the last 5 years, and while it really is a great dryer, the T3 leaves my hair silky, frizz free and take 50% less time to dry. I would highly recommend this dryer!

Totally Worth It
I have thick hair that takes a lot of time to blow dry, so when my last blow dryer stopped getting hot, I researched this T3 because every magazine I turned to recommended this one again and again. I was highly skeptical of spending this much on a blow dryer, especially because I've previously been pretty non-discriminating about my blow dryers, buying them at drugstores, etc. However, reading the reviews & seeing again and again how much it cut down on drying time and improved the look of people's hair convinced me to give it a try...especially because Overstock had it so much cheaper than any other website. After trying it for a couple weeks, I am THRILLED with the T3. It has absolutely cut my drying time down at least by half, if not more. It's super light, and while it gets hot, it doesn't blow a lot of hot air at you to get your hair dry. I went with the warranty through Overstock, just in case, but hope I don't have to live a day without this dryer again.

A great hair dryer
Finally, a great hair dryer! I finally splurged and got the T3 after two of my friends raved about it. So glad I found a great deal at Overstock. Worth the money. My hair dries faster and doesn't have that "fried" feeling like it did after my old hair dryers. My hair also feels lighter and easier to style with the T3. The hair drier is lightweight. The only thing that is a little annoying is the location of the on/off switch, like the other reviewers mentioned. But you learn quickly to position your hand so you don't hit it. You won't be sorry with this purchase!

A friend of mine recently purchased this exact hair dryer for over $200 in a major beauty chain. I've had it on my wishlist for ages, and when I saw that I could get it for literally half off the current retail price, I knew I had to pull the trigger. I haven't been disappointed. It's a fantastic product that gives first rate results. My hair feels healthier!

Nice Hair Dryer ~ Lousy Switch Design
This is a nice hair dryer, but as I am drying my hair the On/Off switch keeps getting turned off because of the placement on the handle. It becomes a little annoying. My daughter has another T3 Hair Dryer but the switch is different ~ wish I had hers!

PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
I purchased this item in December of last year and it broke the last week of August. Unfortunately, Overstock.com is NOT AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER so the manufacturer WILL NOT honor the 1-year warranty with the product. I wish I would have known this when I purchased it because I would have either purchased it elsewhere or purchased the extended warranty offered by overstock. This is the 2nd time I have owned a T3 featherweight dryer and while it works like it says I have never had a dryer last that long for some reason. The first one broke just outside the 1-year mark. So in terms of quality I'm pretty disappointed.

Quiet, Great Dryer, Terrible Switch Location
A quality dryer for a fraction of what you'd pay elsewhere. It's quiet -- more quiet than almost any other drier out there. Let your husband sleep and order this one! Only problem is the location of the switches. The on/off is in a place where if I'm using a round brush and switching hands, my thumb is FOREVER flicking the switch to off. Might just be me.
