I used the dryer for the first time today. Wow, it gets nice and hot! Keep moving it around on your head so you don't burn--this was on low setting! It dried my hair super fast. After one use, I'm happy with my upgrade. Will still have to see what long term performance will be, however. When I received my item, the box had a broken seal...suspicious. I went to a retail store to check out the same dryer, and I noticed that the serial number sticker was removed from the cord on mine, purchased here. (T3 voids the warranty on items without the serial number attached.) I asked customer support about it, and they confirmed that my item does not come with a warranty. In fact, they instructed me to discard the enclosed warranty card.So was the super discounted price worth the lack of manufacturer warranty on the item? Time will tell, but for today, I'm loving the results.

I have thick hair that takes a lot of time to blow dry, so when my last blow dryer stopped getting hot, I researched this T3 because every magazine I turned to recommended this one again and again. I was highly skeptical of spending this much on a blow dryer, especially because I've previously been pretty non-discriminating about my blow dryers, buying them at drugstores, etc. However, reading the reviews & seeing again and again how much it cut down on drying time and improved the look of people's hair convinced me to give it a try...especially because Overstock had it so much cheaper than any other website. After trying it for a couple weeks, I am THRILLED with the T3. It has absolutely cut my drying time down at least by half, if not more. It's super light, and while it gets hot, it doesn't blow a lot of hot air at you to get your hair dry. I went with the warranty through Overstock, just in case, but hope I don't have to live a day without this dryer again.

This dyer is exceptional. I do not usually write reviews, but I am just thrilled with the results. I have been using a super solano for the last 5 years, and while it really is a great dryer, the T3 leaves my hair silky, frizz free and take 50% less time to dry. I would highly recommend this dryer!

Finally, a great hair dryer! I finally splurged and got the T3 after two of my friends raved about it. So glad I found a great deal at Overstock. Worth the money. My hair dries faster and doesn't have that "fried" feeling like it did after my old hair dryers. My hair also feels lighter and easier to style with the T3. The hair drier is lightweight. The only thing that is a little annoying is the location of the on/off switch, like the other reviewers mentioned. But you learn quickly to position your hand so you don't hit it. You won't be sorry with this purchase!

A friend of mine recently purchased this exact hair dryer for over $200 in a major beauty chain. I've had it on my wishlist for ages, and when I saw that I could get it for literally half off the current retail price, I knew I had to pull the trigger. I haven't been disappointed. It's a fantastic product that gives first rate results. My hair feels healthier!

i've been using it for less than two months (purchased 3/24/12), then the other day it seemed to operating on LOW when it was on the HIGH setting. i looked down in the barrel and saw it was glowing orange and it popped and sparked a few times. i never dropped it or did anything which might have degraded its performance. unplugged it and had to dig out my old clariol hair dryer...which i have dropped throughout its lifetime. first time purchase of a premium hair dryer proved to be a dissappointment.

I absolutely love this blow dryer. I had one before, i don't remember where i got it from and i used it for a few years until i broke it, so this is the second time i am buying this (thats how much i love it). I have really curly hair but i wear it straight all the time. I don't use a flat iron because I don't want my hair to get damaged so i blow dry my hair straight. I love this dryer, it makes my hair SO SILKY and soft (better than any flat iron!) and it takes me half the time to dry my hair using this rather than a different cheaper dryer. It used to take me an hour to blow dry my hair straight but with this blow dryer it only takes me a half hour. When mine broke recently i went to ulta to buy a new one and it was $200 so i got it here for half that price!!! Also, its very light weight so my arm doesn't get tired holding it. There are many great professional blow dryers out there but this one is just so light weight i love it. I highly recommend this product!!!

I am very pleased with this T3 hair dryer it dries my hair In record time. I use the cool shot button to finish styling. The cool shot button works well. I have fine hair and this dryer provides frizz free volumizing styling. It is quiet for a hair dryer. I think that the speed of drying is great because it minimizes heat exposure for my fine hair and sports up my morning routine.

This is a very good dryer, I am really pleased. It dries faster than my old one and leaves my hair looking nice with some shine rather than drying it out. I rarely have to use my flatiron anymore. It is a little larger than I had hoped but I'm happy with it!

I didn't know that I needed a new hairdryer until this one arrived! Bought it on a whim, because my existing one was 10 years old! what a difference. my medium length hair dries in under 5 minutes, no frizz, perfect styling. Absolutely delighted. Only have had it for a week, so can't comment on whether it'll last 10 years like my previous one!

i love the fact that it comes with warranty....tho it's a little more expensive than amazon but 2 years warranty really made me feel at ease of this expensive blow dryer. great performance.

After ready many reviews of this hairdryer on other sites, I thought I was buying a top notch product. Unfortunately the hairdryer did not meet my expectations. It did not get nearly hot enough and in fact is not any better than the cheap Conair dryer I was hoping to replace. I liked how it was light weigh but it also made it feel flimsy. I'd put your money towards a different dryer.

This is my second T3, after my 3 year old dunked mine in water I was beside myself. No other blow dryer makes my hair look as good but my last one I paid over 160 for. I received this dryer at the end of July 2010. It suddenly stopped working last week (end of Dec 2011) in the middle of drying my hair. The filter was clean, we regularly cleaned it, and the fuse wasn't blown and we have tested it several times since. It is dead. I guess I expected it to last at least as long as my $20 dryers. I only used it about 2-3 times per week. It did do a good job drying, but the on/off switch was in a location on the handle where I would hit it at least once while I was drying my hair turning the dryer off. That was frustrating. I’ve had dozens of hand-held dryers and not had the switch location problem that I had with this dryer. I am going to try something different.

I already own this product and thought it was the best blow dryer and when my sister said she needed a new dryer for Xmas, I knew this was the one I had to get her.....I bought mine at a regular retailer and paid top dollar and was thrilled when I saw it on overstock.com and jumped on it when I saw the savings. I own two of these, one at home and one at work. I order the Pro becase it's lighter weight than the standard model. It's the most amazing dryer, and anything else makes my hair feel like straw. The cost is with it...T3 definitely makes the best products to make my hair soft, not dry and frizzy.

This little dryer is very lightweight, simple to use, and it works great. I like it better than the T3 Evolution I previously owned.

I bought this blowdryer because I read all the great reviews about it. I have long very thick hair that tends to frizz easily. Normally i spend at least 35 minutes a day blow drying and then using a flat iron with a spray to create the look I want. The problem has been that I get so many split ends despite using the best flat iron I could buy, as well as multple different kinds of conditioners, thermal sprays and cremes. If they make it I've tried it!! So when I saw the reviews for this blow dryer I was at first very skeptical because in the past I have been let down by the exaggerated claims of the expensive hair products that I have tried. Well I recieved the blow dryer several weeks ago and I will say that I am amazed!!! This is the BEST investment anyone can make for their hair. It truly makes my hair frizz free and shine all day. And it has cut my drying time in half. Unbelievable!!! I have been telling all my friends and co-workers about his wonderful product.
