The company sent a return label, which I printed out, via email. The replacement that arrived worked perfectly. I sent back the defective product at no charge. Not enough heat The Sunpentown Portable Rechargeable AC/USB Black Handheld Wamer did not heat up enough for my needs. The device warms to about 105 degrees on the highest setting. I never got more than 5 hour of moderate warmth. I feel like you are holding a child's hand. (about that warm) I also have two P3 P8420 RECHARGABLE HAND WARMER. These hand warmers cost $$ and really heats up to 115 degrees for 3 hours.

Handy Heat As a sufferer of Raynaud's Syndrome, my hands (and feet) painfully freeze to numbness within seconds of confronting cold. This nifty item is my 4th type of warmer, and I'm very fond of it. I love the fact that it can be turned on and off, instead of opening up a charcoal-based warmer that lasts for hours when I just need to run to the supermarket. The heat comes up within seconds--no waiting for fuel sticks to ignite and get glowing, and the heat is adjustable as well. The warmer itself is stylish and sexy--several people have stopped me to ask what it is. My only regret is that this particular model heats only on one side. I would have preferred heat emanating from both sides. You can bet that the next time the 2-sided model goes on sale, I'll be ordering one.

Keep Warm I bought the hand warmer for a trip to Yellowstone. After paying extra to receive it quickly, I charged it and took it with me. It worked well for one day, but I could never recharge it again. When I returned home, I called and received a replacement. It works and recharges--I hope it lasts. It's a great idea in the cold weather, and it does keep your hands warm when needed.
