I had read about vibrating platform exercisers and knew that a lot of fitness clubs were using similar, although much more expensive, machines. This was the lowest priced stand-up model I found, so I bought it for my wife, who has limited mobility. I didn't expect it would be as sturdy and powerful as it turned out to be. A few minutes on this really leaves you tingling. I believe it is improving her circulation and waking up some muscles. She is already showing better muscle control and improved ability to walk and stand with confidence. The only drawback I have found is the scanty instruction manual, which contains little information apart from the initial setup instructions.

Product powered by battery which produces no power and runs down quickly. Description doesn't tell you this.Avoid this at all costs. Instructions didn't say to charge battery several days before using. Even then, there was very little power and it was pushing the time limit to try to get 15 minutes of usage out of it before it fizzled out. I'm very disappointed with product and am returning it. Do yourself a favor and don't buy.

Nice foot massager. States that its exercise equipment, but I found that it is simply a foot vibrator/massager. With virtually no instructions, I'm at a loss for how to operate anything other than the foot vibration mechanism.

First of all Overstock is the best website and company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Now the good news. The Sunny Body Energizer Massage Station has and still is improving my health. It came in one box, a about 40 lbs., neatly packaged and nearly assembled. The instructions were clear and easy to do. The only tools for assemby were included, and the four [total] pieces went together easily in a half an hour. The carpeted room made it necessary to put a 20 X 20,or so, half inch piece of plywood under it for needed ventilation to the motor. The unit is quiet yet powerful. It is easy to operate for either speed [power] or it's three different timed auto cycles. I weigh about 275 lbs. and it has worked great everyday three times a day for a month now and I feel it will continue to do so. It has greatly reduced the swelling in my lower legs [edema], from my parkinsons.
