Overstock.com did a great job packaging and shipping me this item FAST. I'm almost done with the product and I have decided that it is just "ok" - I have thick wavy hair, and I don't think it did much to straighten the hair or protect it when I flat iron. I prefer other products, and I wouldn't recommend this.

I LOVE this stuff - I have been using this product for a while but always end up spending alot on it when I purchase it retail. I have thick, slightly wavy hair, and this stuff works great for me! I highly recommend it for thick hair. I think it might be a bit heavy for thin hair.
