The idea of this ring really intrigued me and I loved it when I received it too. However, after wearing it for a while it became very uncomfortable. So much so that I had to stop wearing it.

No instructions or esplanation really. Came in a very cheap little bag and box, kind of surprised but it is a nice ring.

it's beautiful on, but metal was very cheap, it is very difficult to size, and metal color changed after a few weeks of wear.

The ring itself is cute, but not a diet ring at all.

I know some reviewers thought this was fine, but I don't have exceptionally big fingers and I found this ring too tight to wear. I liked how it looked, but can't wear it because of the size. I tried stretching it, but it quickly returned back to squeezing my finger and turning it purple.

The ring shows more attractively on my hand than it did on the website. I wear it ever day. The Diet Deal, "Yeah, not so much!" I am very happy with my purchase.

Cute ring, anything but "diet" should be used in description. Doesn't control appetite at all.

I like the ring, I wear it often but it does not do the job. I think it is because it was not large enough for my finger and I have to stretch it to fit. I wear a size 8 1/2 ring and the ring is for a smaller size finger. They should make one for women with larger finger sizes so that it doesn't have to be stretch so far thereby losing it's function. Even though it doesn't work I wear it every day because I like it.

Bad product. This is a nice ring but does not work and the shiny-finish silver-plated was fast faded .

I purchased this ring just to see if it really works, not sure I have not had it for 30 days. I seem tobe eating more.

First of all, I didn't notice any kind of lower hunger levels, but I really enjoyed the ring because it's neat looking so I wore it anyway... Until I noticed my finger turning green. I wouldn't recommend this ring to anyone.

I had heard about this ring and thought I would give it a try. I'm not sure how well it works as to weight loss, but I forgot to put in on today, and I've been hungry all day. I had lost about 6 pounds due to the flu right before I got the ring and have been wearing it ever since. I have not lost any additional weight, but have not regained any. I'll put it back on tomorrow and see how the hunger goes. The ring is also very cute and I've received compliments just on the style. I wear a size 8 1/2 and the ring was easy to size, just be sure to untwist the entire ring, not just pull the ends open, or it will tighten back up again.

The ring is cute, but that's about all. It didn't affect my appetite at all, and as I wore the gold colored ring, the gold washed off and became silver within about one week. I really didn't see any value at all.
