Check the shipping method!
The problem wasn't the product. This item was shipped via USPS with signature Required! I had other items on the same order. Why would O ship this product by itself and ship it via USPS and require signature? I wasn't home so my mailman left me a slip to come and get it from the Post Office! Like I needed this in the middle of Christmas madness. I won't shop any on-Line sites that does this. I am a BIG O shopper and this never happened. I was very disappointed.
