I wasted my money on this purchase. Just happy it wasn't a lot. I have sleep apnea and wanted to see if this little gadget that I keep seeing advertised would help. The rubber/plastic piece was uncomfortable in my nose, it had a smell that I couldn't get past. I was not able to sleep with it so don't know if it helps breathing/snoring or not.
