The bracelet was pretty large, but it works well.
It works well and has taken the pain from her arm away, she will have to take it to a jeweler to have some links taken out.

Decorative but not medicinal
The prodeuct is attractive but did not provide the 'service' I had hoped for by reducing my wrist pain. Also the clasp/link broke the second time I wore it so I was using a safety pin to keep it on my wrist. I gave it a full week to see if it would reduce the pain in my wrist, but to no avail. It 'sticks' to my fridge really well... good magnets in it.

The pins have a problem
These other reviewers are correct. The pins dislodge themselves even without any strenious activitiy. The first time it happened, I was able to recover the pin and enlarged the head so that the pin would be tighter in it's hole. And, yes, I got it quite tight - it was hard to get it all the way down. The second time, I was just washing my hands and the pin went down the drain. I would NOT recommend this bracelet, because you cannot trust it to stay on.

Great purchase!
I am very happy with this magnetic bracelet. If you want a nice magnetic bracelet to wear everyday or special occasions, this is the one. It is very durable and absolutely cute! Doesn't look medical or awkward. It does draw attention because it is very nice. Nice to wear with other silver jewelry. I wear mine everyday and even sleep with it on. I don't shower with it just because I don't shower with any jewelry on. I highly recommend.

Poor quality. Breaks easily.
Very poor quality. Broke the first day. Viewed item with hopes of wearing for a nice look. However it looked like a product from a gum machine. Purchase at your own risk.
