the rings turn your skin black and the toe rings hurt I was very up set they were not what we expected . Now the magnetic bed is wonderful I sleep so sound on it and my husband after vacation could not wait to sleep on it . So save your money on the rings and put your money on th bedding . This is an attractive ring to wear; however, it does not contribute to lost weight. I wore it for a full week and found that I could not get the two stars to push on any pressure points on the left ring finger regardless of how tight I adjusted it. Again, attractive but not a weight loss support tool.
