    This company FAILS to inform buyer that the light ONLY WORKS on dark colored hair. If one fails to quickly watch the instruction DVD, you only have 30 days for returns. Once you watch the DVD, you see that various hair colors blonde, ash colors, and gray it won't work on. Wouldn't one think this is important information to learn prior to purchase? Well fortunately, I decided to watcch DVD right away, even though I was too busy to try it. I hope any of you who gets caught in the, 30 day return complain big time. You should get a total return including shipping both ways. Overstock should demand a honet description of product, it's way too expensive with it's deceptive information. Makes one wonder how much they deduct on late returns, I'll bet one gets the surprise that they just paid for something that won't work and they won't get a return. DON"T TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS PRODUCT!!!
