I ordered the N-50 Neodymium Magnetic Health Discs (Set of 20) to see if they would help reduce my smoking and help reduce my weight. I went from 2 packs a day down to one pack in a week. My weight has dropped 12 pounds in a month, but I am walking, at a leasurly stroll, about a mile in the evenings with my family. It is a lot easier to remove the Magnetic Health Discs from your ear if you use the magnet dot adhesives first and apply the magnets on top. if you don't want to use two magnets then these dots will hold the one magnet in place wherever you need to place them. I think they're great.

This product is very hard to find except for online. Great for those little aches and pains - magnets REALLY work and the adhesives make them easy to use. Fast shipping - good product!
