For your larger sized man, XL will fit just fine., We had reservations that this would be big enough for the Father's Day, as most products of this type (bracelets, watches, etc.) don't seem to fit quite right. This, however, was more than big enough.

Bought this for my husband, a golfer who has sore joints. We both liked the look of the bracelet and seems to ease his pain. Seems to be nice quality, and about half the cost of other bracelets like it.

IT'S VERY DURABLE AND HAS A TITANIUM CLASP INSTED OF THE STAINLESS STEEL CLASP ON THE OTHER TITANIUM BRACELETS, WHICH MEANS IT DOESN'T LOOSEN UP OVER TIME AND NEED ADJUSTMENT. I AM GOING TO BY ONE OF THESE FOR MY SELF AS WELL. OF ALL THE TITANIUM BRACELETS ON THIS SITE THESE ARE THE BEST.
