When I received mine it had a broken roller. It was replaced and we're good to go. I bought mine for two purposes. To use in my art studio and for posing clients in my portrait studio. It is lightweight and easy to carry and doesn't roll too loosely which is good for my use.

This is a sturdy comfortable stool, comparable to medical stools that I have paid over $200 for. It has less chrome, but otherwise is very similar. I have only had it for a few weeks, but so far am satisfied, especially for the price.

Nice stool! I'm a wheelchair patient and transferring to this stool allows me to get into tighter spaces easily. Its also great when elevated to reach things and work at the kitchen sink, as the wheelchair is lower and bulky so you can only get so close.

ordering was easy. product seems to be well made. arrived in good order and very fast. the description didn't say that it would only roll when you were on it, but that is a great option; it won't roll away when you get on or off of it.

The chair is like sitting on a cloud (I imagine)! It feels like the seat is made from memory foam. It is very comfortable and the adjustable height makes it very functional. The casters makes mobility a breeze. Highly recommended. I bought 2 more!
