I was really looking forward to receiving this hair dryer. However, when I took it out of the box the retractable cord was defective. I got in touch with customer service and they advised that they would email a return label and I asked that a new dryer be sent to me. Well I returned the defective dryer and then received an email that my account had been re credited with my O Points and my checking account would be credited with the amount of cash I had to pay. So I guess I will be looking for a new hair dryer.
