I absolutely love this product, despite that I had to order the product twice due to color issues both times, however Overstock took the time to listen/read (via chat) my issues and concerns and reached back out to me within a few days and even applied a credit to acct. in regards to the mishaps of the color. The product works great, at first was a task trying to learn how to use for 1st time, but thanks to YouTube tutorials I mastered the craft in no time.Curls normally are out of my head by the end of the day their in especially without any holding sprays or serums, however after using my Purple (Not Red as shown in picture) Curling Wand my curls have been holding for almost 3 days now, after being slept on and everything else,of course with the help of my scarf and bonet, but still out of every curler I've ever used never have I had these end results. I rate this item 5 STAR's for the Outstanding customer service experience even after the color issue and also because this curling wand is AWESOME and Curls last for a REALLLLLY long time :) I definitely Recommrn
