Epilator
This epilator is a Christmas present for my granddaughter for the upcoming Christmas. Therefore, I cannot evaluate it further.

Works good
Works really well for underarm and bikini. Does not work on arm and leg hair. It only really works on coarser hair and not fine leg hair. Didn't think it was very painful-felt like tweezing but over way faster. Highly recommended for underarm and bikini.

Works
This was my first epilator, so I didn't know what to expect. For the price, I am pretty happy with it. I find that this works best on my underarms as they are now silky smooth. On my legs, I notice that it misses quite a few hairs. I tried growing them out a bit more, but even then there are still a hairs left. It seems that the time investment of using this epilator on my legs isn't really worth it compared to just shaving everyday. Again, I still think it's worth it for my underarms. I was a bit surprised of all the reviews that mention how much it hurt-- of course it's going to hurt, it's plucking your hairs out by the dozen. Any epilator is going to hurt!

Epilator
Not as good as other epilators. Not as powerful, hurts more and leaves me with more ingrown hairs than usual. Not for too fine or too coarse hair. OK for use on face or lower legs.

First time user
I have a pretty high pain tolerance, and using this product was one of the most excruciatingly painful experience of my life. It was recommended to me by a friend who has used it enough so her skin remains smooth for over a month. If the device was more efficient it might be worth the pain. However, you have to go over the same spots multiple times, it takes forever, and there are always stragglers left behind that you have to tweeze or shave. If you've never used an epilator before, and don't mind being prickly a few days of the week, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
