I ordered new shaving head assy but received heads only. Called your customer service after a live chat I was told I would have to order Part #17078259. Much to my chagrin it was a new razor. I am now in the process of trying to return the Shavibg heads which are of no use to me since the head frame in worn out amped won't hold the new Shavibg heads So be ,we live and learn
