Great epilator!
I am very pleased with this product. It has 2 interchangeable epilator heads that make it easy to remove hair from just about any area! It removes hair pretty quickly, except on my lower legs where my hair is fairly coarse (over time, that should become easier). I use the epilator at night (before bed), as suggested in the user guide, because any redness/irritation that occurs is completely gone by the following morning.

It never let me down and its so pretty.
This epilator is well worth its money. Its lasted me a while now and still works just as good. I recommend to keep it plugged in while you use it because the speed is faster. I personally hate shaving because I have dark hair and light skin so you can see the hair in side the skin. Plus it grows back fast. The epilator solves both of the problems.

The worst $XX bucks I've ever spent
I've been using an epi-lady machine for about 10 years and needed a new one. I chose this one because I couldn't find a Braun like the one I have and am familiar with this brand. I got in-grown hairs the first time that I used it. I'm not particularly fond of the curved head which is supposed to be more comfortable, it's not. I would say don't waste your money on this item. I'll be searching for one similar to the original Braun I have.
