Short of ergonomic.
It's a thin strap of fabric meant to hold a hot/cold gel pack under your wrist. The gel pack is small, like a disposable hand warmer, but does its job. Unfortunately wearing the strap feels like constantly holding up a plastic bag of groceries with your thumb. You have to stretch the thing to position the pack properly, and all elastic pressure is thinly pressed against the inside of the joint. Maybe if it were larger or specifically shaped to fit a hand, that wouldn't be an issue. Though far less convenient, I can still wear it like a wrist band, so there's that.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Usable but lacking.

It help me, very much, I used the cold compact. It sayed cold for about 45 minutes, I thought it was worth the money
