I bought this cushion for my 96 yr. old mother's electric wheelchair. She spends all of her waking time in it. Consequently the chairseat is kind of hard on the bottom. I tried other pillows, such as foam, fiberfill, etc. , but this one gives great support and is much softer. She really likes this one. The only, and I repeat ONLY, negative is that it does not have a washable cover (one you can zip off and throw in the washer). But I figure, for the amount of comfort it gives her, and the value, I can throw together a cover whenever I need one (such as towel or sheet wrapped around.) Love this cushion!
