Great item

Great ramp for walker use.
I now have to walk with a walker. My apartment complex was willing to put a small ramp from my front stoop into my livingroom but were unable to add a ramp on the side of my parking space (go figure: a handicapped parking space without sidewalk access or ramp). This allows me to get in and out of the car and up onto the sidewalk until I can move to a new home that is truly handicapped accessible.

More than a temporary solution
I bought this for my mother to go places that were limited by her wheelchair use. It was great moving around in her van, but now has been added as a permanent platform from the house onto the patio.

This portable ramp is very easy to use.
This ramp is very easy to use and portable. I use it as an auxilliary ramp in addition to a 7' ramp to gain access to our house when my wife uses a power chair.

JUST WHAT WE NEEDED
We purchased these to replace two wooden and carpeted ramps on the back patio. These are great...they are sturdy and will hold up to the weather. The little side rails are a plus. Our doors are 30" and if I could add one feature...it would be to have the ramp a few inches wider ~after~ the part that fits up to the threshold.
