sorry.-I rated what I got, not what I ordered As I mentioned in my caption, I did not receive what I ordered. The products I received are not the relaxing balm, but straightening balm which is heat activated...I don't use heat. I notified the company who was very, very nice and said they would correct the order and send me the right product. You guess it...I received exactly the same product as the first shipment. The one pictured is what I want, but not what I got (twice!). The pictured item works like magic....the one I got, which I did try thinking maybe they just changed the name but it's different...it works OK, but not like the other one. I gave up and didn't even notifiy them the second time they sent it to me.
