I haven't used it consistently enough to be able to tell it's effectiveness. But it works just as expected. Has a timer on it, you can choose the length of time you want it on.

It's designed to realign sleeping times and relieve SAD symptoms. I don't have bad SAD problem and sleep remains the same, so no comment on whether this really works. Am waiting for next jet lag issue & hoping it will make a difference then.
