It works
So far, so good. Teen not a morning person. Tried all kinds of strategies, from pouring water on the sleeper to cooking bacon and wafting the scent that way. None of them solved the morning wake up battle. BUT .. so far the sunrise clock seems to be doing at job, at least 4 out of 5 school mornings. A gentle entry into the day seems to make all the difference in the mornings.

Great way to begin and end the day
Having had this item for near one month, I have found it very valuable in regulating my sleep. The transition of light is great. And I particularly like the choice of sounds to wake up to. When I purchased, the light was at a lower price on Overstock. Even at current price, this is a great investment. Highly recommend.
