Trimmer?
Recieved my first shipment, it did not perform as indicated, so I returned the product and Overstock offered to ship replacement, but the result was the same. It is supposed to trim varous hair, the the instrument does not cut as described. It looks great, that is all and I'm about to return it for full refund. I had a dispute with Overstock regarding refund and return policy. Their policy is to deduct return shipping charge from total price and refund the balance? It shuld be a full refund, if the product does not perform its function, will see what happens, when I return this prodcut for the second time?
